Precision in Style

Posted at 12:00:00 AM in Breitling (6)

Originally, Breitling was intended by the owner to tell time for industrial and scientific applications. In 1954 the Breitling Navitimer has been created. It was a wrist instrument having a navigation computer. This piece became the go-to piece among pilots around the world. During that time as well, Breitling has been manufacturing cockpit clocks for international airlines. In 1962, the Breitling Cosmonaute chronograph was worn by the astronaut Scott Carpenter in his orbital flight aboard the Aurora 7. With these feats and avant-garde engineering and design, Breitling has been moving forward since its inception in 1884 in Saint-Imier. Another brand joins Breitling as it shares the same quest for innovation and style. Bentley. With the same heritage and pedigree of excellence, the two brands pursue a unity of both elegance and expertise; the marriage of Swiss heritage and British chic that connoisseurs will love. Breitling for Bentley joins the other collections like the Professional Series and the Navitimer Series in continuing to carry the Breitling brand to those sophisticated and privileged enough to appreciate fine mechanical art pieces.
