Wrapped in a stainless-steel 43.0 mm case, the automatic, self-winding timepiece has a 68-hour power reserve and see-through sapphire glass back. Pilot’s Watch Chronograph Edition “Le Petite Prince” watch

IW377714 Pilot’s Watch Chronograph Edition “Le Petite Prince”

If the previous three watches detailed luxury, the Pilot’s Watch Le Petite Prince stands for precision, functionality, and reliability. The Chronograph Edition is housed in a 43.0 mm Stainless Steel case with a soft-iron inner case which protects against magnetic fields and features a screw in crown. The glass is secured against displacement caused by drops in air pressure, and the sapphire glass features antireflective coating on both sides. Powered by the 79320 Calibre automatic, self-winding movement, the “Le Petite Prince” edition has a 44-hour power reserve and presents time on a trademark blue dial with luminescence. Named after Antoine de Saint-Exupéry’s story “The Little Prince”, the Chronograph edition features an engraving on the rear of the little prince with his cape and sword. The chronograph movement provides both single stop and aggregate timing up to 12 hours and is displayed in the three dials offset on the face by the day-date window at 3 o’clock. The brown calfskin strap from Santoni finishes a timepiece that looks as good as it works.

If you are looking for the perfect gift this holiday season, nothing says thoughtful like the precision of American pioneering spirit and swiss tradition found in IWC timepieces. These are four of our favorites and they can be yours too, available in stores today to complete your holiday wish list.
