At Shreve & Co., we take pride in offering you the best customer service online and in-store. 

For In-Store Purchases:

We offer UPS and Fedex insured shipping as denoted below:

2nd Day - $50.00
Next Day - $75.00
Overnight or Saturday Delivery - $125.00
International Shipping - $450.00
Watch Straps - $10.00

We do not charge shipping for Wellendorff pieces.

For Online Purchases

We offer complimentary UPS or Fedex insured shipping anywhere within the United States for orders over $250. Next Day and Overnight insured shipping is available for an additional fee for orders under $5000. If you need any assistance or have a special shipping request, please contact us on our contact page (make sure to select "online store"). We make every effort to process in-stock items within 24-48 hours of your purchase and we will notify you via email if there is a delay. Orders placed on Fridays will be shipped on Monday to ensure the security of your purchase.

For your convenience, we can also ship an online order to your work address. All orders require the signature of an individual over 18 years old upon delivery. Unfortunately, at this time, we cannot ship online orders to P.O. Boxes or to destinations outside of the United States. Shipping charges at the time of purchase are non-refundable.


We will provide an exchange, merchandise credit, or refund within 14 days of purchase (subject to a quality control inspection). Items must be unworn and returned by the purchaser in the original unused condition with no alterations in the original packaging with all receipts, paperwork, documentation, etc.

Items purchased between Nov. 24th and Dec. 24th for gifting may be returned through Jan. 7th of the following year. Special orders, custom orders, layaways, and clearance or sale items are all final sales and cannot be returned for refund or exchange.

We do not allow refunds or exchanges of watches once the watch warranty has been completed, or the links or strap have been altered or on jewelry that has been sized.

When returning or exchanging items purchased in-store:

Please visit either of our locations in Palo Alto or San Francisco and a member of our team will be happy to assist you with your return or exchange.

Click the link in our footer and then request a return.

1. Log in to your account:

-In the Email field, enter your email address, and then click Continue.
-In your email account, open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email.
-Go back to the online store, and then enter a six-digit verification code.

2. Click the order that you want to submit the return for.

3. If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return.

4. Select a return reason and add a note for the store.

5. Click "Request".

If your return request is approved and requires shipping, then you receive an email with shipping instructions and a return shipping label. After the product is returned, you receive a refund pending a quality control inspection.

Items shipped using your own label may not be refunded if lost in transit. Securely package and ship your item in its original packaging. Any items shipped without original boxes, bags, warranties, certificates or appraisals are subject to a restocking fee. If possible, please include the original sales receipt.

Refunds are issued in accordance with the original method of payment. Please allow 7-10 business days for the funds to show on your credit card or bank statement. Some items may be subject to a restocking fee.


All items (excluding clearance items) come with a one-year limited warranty against substantive manufacturing defects in material or workmanship, and normal wear and tear. Customer negligence is not covered. Diamonds above 0.10ct each are not covered. We are not responsible for incidental damage on items. Items are subject to repair at the discretion of the company. Some manufacturers warranties may supersede the Shreve & Co.'s warranty.

Gift cards

Gift Cards are non-transferrable and non-refundable.


Due to recent changes to Sales Tax Laws, we are required to collect sales tax in several states. If there is no sales tax collected for items shipped to your state, please note that your local or state use tax may be applicable. Please refer to the website of your respective localities for more information.
