If you resolved to be more punctual, or to simply look sharp at work, get to know the Nomos at Work collection. 14 watches from 4 families: Metro, Tangente, Orion, and Tetra.
Nomos has created a line designed for everyday wear. At 39mm in diameter, it’s larger than the average Nomos watch. Previous NOMOS watches were a bit smaller - 35-36mm. With every piece at this size, this design boarders on the everyday wear style and oversized (but only in case diameter).
Each watch is a Neomatik model which means it houses Nomos's ultra-thin automatic DUW 3001 caliber. The DUW 3001 caliber is made in-house by NOMOS and includes their patented swing system. At just 3.2mm thick, it has an automatic winding rotor, and the movement has a 43-hour power reserve.
Finally, you’re going to love the new dial colors. Dark blue Nachtblau, silver and the industrial looking silver-cut. Personally, we think the silver-cut color is perfect for those who like Roman and Williams interiors.
Each watch family is special in its own right, but there are two that have some rather unique features. The Orion is available in a Weiss configuration, pairing the grained silver dial with steel hour markers and steel hands for a monochromatic look. The “neomatik” signature at the 12 o’clock position is the only touch of gold.
Another standout in the collection is the Metro, which is available in solid 18 karat rose gold. NOMOS has experimented with solid gold watches before, but they've had different movements, and slightly different styling than most of their other watches.
Finally, to keep the collection in true dress watch style, there are not day or date complications. NOMOS believes in as little clutter as possible on the watch face. It’s all about the details!
